The HP-241B is a motorised table-top ribbon coder designed for faster production than a hand-lever machine. It prints using heated type and a hot-stamp ribbon at speeds from 10 to 110 times per minute, so it can mark pouches, cartons, sachets and labels as they are fed into the machine. A 15W motor reducer turns at 140 revolutions per minute, and the unit runs on AC220V/50Hz at 200W.
Motorised coders print as the pack passes through, which gives faster, more repeatable results than manual machines and frees the operator to feed packs instead of stamping each one. Print position, temperature and speed are adjustable on the control panel.
It is suited to medium-scale food, pharma, cosmetic and FMCG packing units that require neat codes at higher speed.
