A stainless steel hopper feeds the cylinder, and compressed air drives the piston to dispense the set volume with every pedal press. This model fills 10 to 100 ml at 10 to 30 bottles per minute and holds precision at 0.5 to 0.1%. Operating power is just 10W with an air pressure of 0.4 to 0.6 MPa.
Paste filling machines use a piston or plunger to push thick, viscous products through a nozzle into a container.
