This GCG-A model has a larger cylinder to fill 50 to 500 ml of viscous product into bottles and jars. The hopper is made of stainless steel and the pneumatic piston delivers repeatable doses that you can tune with the cylinder stroke. Output reaches 10 to 30 bottles per minute at a precision of 0.5 to 0.1%. A pedal switch starts each cycle, and power use is only 10W.
Paste filling machines use a piston or plunger to push thick, viscous products through a nozzle into a container. A hopper above the cylinder keeps a reserve ready, and the stroke adjustment sets the volume dispensed. Compared to hand spooning, filling is faster, cleaner and more uniform, which reduces product waste and gives a professional finish.
