The DBA-150 is a fully automatic strapping machine with a roller table and arch, used for high-volume carton and bundle strapping. A parcel is pushed into the arch, the strap is fed around it, tensioned, joined with a hot-melt method and cut in 2.5 seconds. It accepts strap 9 to 15 mm wide, and the packing size height of the work table is 750 mm. Load-bearing capacity is 80 kg and the machine weighs 150 kg.
Strapping keeps cartons, bundles and pallets rigid and secure during handling and long-distance transport. A strapping machine feeds strap around the pack, tensions it, seals the overlapping ends with heat and cuts it automatically, which is far faster and more consistent than hand tools. Uniform tension reduces damage and the risk of burst cartons.
