The SCS 3H digital band sealer feeds filled pouches along a conveyor, past heating bands and a cooling and pressing section, and delivers a clean continuous seam. The range covers three load classes: 1 kg x 3 in horizontal form at 750W, 5 kg x 3 in vertical form at 800W, and 10 kg x 3 in vertical form at 900W. Smart and Digital controller versions are available on the lighter models, and the heaviest class is offered in the Smart version.
A continuous band sealer moves the filled pouch between two rotating steel bands that carry it through a heating zone, a cooling zone and finally a pair of embossing wheels. This produces a strong, uniform seam with optional printing of batch details, and the process keeps going without stopping between bags, which suits steady production. Temperature and conveyor speed are adjustable so that thin and thick films can both be sealed properly.
Use it for snacks, namkeen, spices, tea, frozen foods, chemicals, seeds and hardware where a fast, repeatable seal is more important than a hand-held tool.
