The DZ 600/2SA has two chambers that work alternately: while one is vacuuming and sealing, the other can be loaded, so output is much higher. Each chamber measures 650 x 520 x 100 mm and contains two sealing bars of 600 mm length and 10 mm width. The machine runs on 380V/50Hz with 1000W sealing power and has castors for mobility.
Vacuum packing removes air from the pouch before sealing, which slows oxidation, discourages the growth of aerobic bacteria and reduces freezer burn. Food stays fresher for longer, and non-food items are protected from moisture, rust and dust. Chamber machines are preferred for consistent results because pressure inside and outside the pouch is balanced as the air is drawn out.
It is built for meat, seafood, ready meals, dry foods, spices and pharmaceutical packing.
