The FXJ-6050 is a semi-automatic carton sealer that applies tape to the top and bottom flaps with one smooth pass. Fold the flaps of the carton, push it into the machine and the drive belts carry it through while the tape heads apply and cut the tape. It handles tape widths of 48, 60 and 72 mm, a maximum carton size of 500 x 600 mm and a minimum of 200 x 220 mm. Capacity is about 1000 standard cases per hour on 220V/50Hz at only 180W.
Carton sealing machines apply adhesive tape along the centre seam of a box, on top, bottom or both, in a single pass. They are much quicker than hand taping, use tape consistently without waste and give every carton the same neat, secure closure. Side belts drive the carton through the tape heads.
