The FZH-100 is a compact weighing and filling machine for small quantities of granules, grains, seeds, tea, spices and similar free-flowing products. You set the target weight on the digital controller and the machine vibrates product from the hopper to the weigh bucket, discharging the exact amount into your pack. The packing range is 1 to 100 g with an accuracy of plus or minus 0.2 g depending on the product, and the unit works on 110 or 220V.
A granule weighing and filling machine measures each portion by weight instead of volume, so variations in bulk density or particle size have less effect on pack weight. Product is carried from the hopper by a vibrating feeder to a weighing bucket, and the exact target weight is released into the bag or container. Settings are made on a digital panel.
