This handheld thermal inkjet printer prints text, time, batch number, serial number, logos and QR codes directly on cartons, bags, bottles, pipes and wood. The 12.7 mm print head produces sharp, fast-drying marks, and the printer is also offered in 25.4 mm and 50 mm models. It can store over 1000 messages of up to 2000 characters each. Black ink is standard, with red, blue and green available on bulk order. A 16.8V lithium battery pack (2600 mAh x 4) powers the unit, and consumption is below 5W.
Handheld inkjet coders are a flexible alternative to fixed printers. Because the printer is carried to the product, you can mark large cartons, sacks, pipes, cables, wood and irregular surfaces that cannot pass through a machine. Content is created on the device, stored for reuse and printed with a single trigger pull as the head is moved along the surface.
It is ideal for packing lines, warehouses and dispatch sections that need flexible on-demand coding without fixed installations.
