The LGYF-2000AX is a conveyor-type induction sealing machine for continuous production. Capped bottles move on the belt through an induction head that heats the foil liner and seals it to the container rim. It supports sealing diameters from 20 to 130 mm, bottle heights from 40 to 400 mm and belt speeds from 2 to 12 metres per minute. Output power reaches up to 2000W at an operating frequency of 70 to 80 kHz.
Because the heat is generated inside the liner, induction sealing is fast and does not scorch printed caps or plastic closures. Sealed containers can be shipped upside down without seepage, and tamper evidence reassures customers that the product has not been opened. This is why induction liners are mandatory or preferred for many pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and agro-chemical products.
