The LX-6000AX is a continuous induction sealer designed for production lines that require steady output. Bottles travel on a conveyor under an induction head, and the foil liner is heated to seal against the container neck. It handles cap diameters from 20 to 100 mm and bottle heights from 40 to 350 mm at speeds of 2 to 10 metres per minute. Output power is up to 1500W with an operating frequency of 75 to 85 kHz.
Induction sealing is a non-contact method: an alternating magnetic field heats the aluminium foil layer inside the cap, which melts the polymer coating and bonds the liner to the container rim. The result is a hermetic, tamper-evident seal that protects against leakage, contamination and moisture ingress. You need a cap with a foil-backed induction liner that matches the neck material of the container.
