The SCS 30V Smart is the heavy-duty model in the vertical band sealer range, designed for filled pouches of up to 10 kg across three load points. The extended frame and mobile stand allow tall bags to be sealed safely, while the 900W heating system produces an 8 to 10 mm continuous seam suited to thicker, heavier film. Smart controls keep sealing temperature and speed stable through long production runs.
A continuous band sealer moves the filled pouch between two rotating steel bands that carry it through a heating zone, a cooling zone and finally a pair of embossing wheels. This produces a strong, uniform seam with optional printing of batch details, and the process keeps going without stopping between bags, which suits steady production. Temperature and conveyor speed are adjustable so that thin and thick films can both be sealed properly.
It is well suited to rice, flour, pulses, sugar, spices, animal feed, seeds, chemicals and other bulk products packed in laminated or poly bags.
