The FZH-1000 is a floor-standing weighing machine for 500 g to 1 kg packs. The tall hopper holds a good volume of product, and a vibrating feeder delivers measured weights into the pack at 10 to 25 bags per minute. Accuracy is plus or minus 0.2 g depending on the product. A frame with castors makes it easy to move between packing stations.
A granule weighing and filling machine measures each portion by weight instead of volume, so variations in bulk density or particle size have less effect on pack weight. Product is carried from the hopper by a vibrating feeder to a weighing bucket, and the exact target weight is released into the bag or container. Settings are made on a digital panel.
It suits rice, pulses, sugar, salt, seeds, spices, cereals and other 500 g to 1 kg retail packs.
