Digital controls set the sealing time and power, and the lightweight sealing head can be moved easily from bottle to bottle. The unit can seal up to 50 pieces per minute, and handles caps from 20 to 100 mm in diameter.
Induction sealing is a non-contact method: an alternating magnetic field heats the aluminium foil layer inside the cap, which melts the polymer coating and bonds the liner to the container rim. The result is a hermetic, tamper-evident seal that protects against leakage, contamination and moisture ingress.
