The DGYF-500C extends the handheld induction sealer range to larger closures, covering cap diameters of 20 to 100 mm and 50 to 150 mm. The sealing head induces heat in the foil liner so it bonds to the container neck, leaving a tamper-proof, leak-resistant seal. The machine uses 500W from a 220V/50-60Hz supply, weighs about 5 kg, and has digital time and power controls.
Because the heat is generated inside the liner, induction sealing is fast and does not scorch printed caps or plastic closures. Sealed containers can be shipped upside down without seepage, and tamper evidence reassures customers that the product has not been opened. This is why induction liners are mandatory or preferred for many pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, food and agro-chemical products.
