The SCS 3H Smart SS(N) is the stainless steel version of the popular SCS 3H continuous sealer, suited to food and pharma-grade environments where easy cleaning matters. Pouches travel along the conveyor through heated bands that fuse the film into a continuous seam. You can select the horizontal 1 kg x 3 model, the vertical 5 kg x 3 model or the vertical 10 kg x 3 model depending on the weight of your packs.
Because continuous sealers pull the pouch through at a fixed speed, every seal gets the same heat and pressure, which makes results consistent from the first pouch to the last. Many models can also emboss batch and date codes through the seal wheels, helping with traceability. They are widely used by food, spice, tea, snack and chemical packers.
It works well for food, snack, spice, tea, dairy and pharmaceutical pouches that require a neat, strong seal, and fits easily into a semi-automatic packing line.
