The mild steel body, 500W heater and temperature range of 0 to 300°C let it seal a wide variety of films at speeds up to 12 metres per minute with a 12 mm seal width. The stand lifts the machine to a comfortable working height and the unit weighs only 23 kg.
Because continuous sealers pull the pouch through at a fixed speed, every seal gets the same heat and pressure, which makes results consistent from the first pouch to the last.
