The FZH-500 is a mid-range weighing and filling machine that dispenses 10 to 500 g of granular product into bags or containers at 8 to 12 bags per minute. A digital controller sets the weight, and the accuracy is plus or minus 0.2 g depending on the product. The stainless steel contact parts are easy to clean between batches.
A granule weighing and filling machine measures each portion by weight instead of volume, so variations in bulk density or particle size have less effect on pack weight. Product is carried from the hopper by a vibrating feeder to a weighing bucket, and the exact target weight is released into the bag or container. Settings are made on a digital panel.
Use it for tea, coffee beans, grains, spices, nuts, dry fruits, hardware parts and other free-flowing products packed in pouches or jars.
