This electromagnetic induction sealing machine creates a tamper-evident, leak-resistant seal by heating the aluminium foil liner inside a capped container, without touching the cap. Two models are offered: the IS 80P with a 115 x 190 mm sealing head for bottles from 20 to 80 mm in diameter, and the IS 120P with a 158 x 190 mm head for bottles from 40 to 120 mm. Digital displays let the operator set sealing time and output, and the compact enclosure sits easily on a packing table.
Induction sealing is a non-contact method: an alternating magnetic field heats the aluminium foil layer inside the cap, which melts the polymer coating and bonds the liner to the container rim. The result is a hermetic, tamper-evident seal that protects against leakage, contamination and moisture ingress. You need a cap with a foil-backed induction liner that matches the neck material of the container.
Typical products include pharmaceutical bottles, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, honey, pickles, spices, oils, agrochemicals and lubricants. Small and medium manufacturers can use it to give products a professional, tamper-evident finish.

For consistent results, centre the sealing head over the cap, keep the cap fully tightened and set the time and power according to liner thickness. Test a few sealed samples by peeling the liner to confirm the bond. Make sure the machine has good ventilation and keep the sealing head clean.
