The Sonic DZ-600-A is an external vacuum sealer where the open bag stays outside a chamber; a nozzle extracts the air and the bar seals the bag in one cycle. This allows very large or awkward bags to be packed. The machine has a 1.5 kW supply, air extraction speed of 6.5 cubic metres per hour, air inflation pressure of 0.8 MPa and a 600 x 8 mm seal. It stands on castors.
A good vacuum sealer pays for itself by reducing spoilage, enabling bulk buying and giving packs a clean, professional look. Chambers allow liquids and marinated products to be sealed without drawing them into the pump, which is not possible with nozzle machines.
