The Strapping Premium SSP HT is a semi-automatic strapping machine that tensions, seals and cuts PP strap around cartons and bundles in about 2.5 seconds per cycle. The high-table version has a machine height of 785 mm, which suits standing operators and packing lines with conveyor tables. It accepts strap 6 to 12 mm wide and 0.6 to 0.8 mm thick, runs on only 250W, and rolls on castors for easy repositioning.
Strapping keeps cartons, bundles and pallets rigid and secure during handling and long-distance transport. A strapping machine feeds strap around the pack, tensions it, seals the overlapping ends with heat and cuts it automatically, which is far faster and more consistent than hand tools. Uniform tension reduces damage and the risk of burst cartons.
