The WY-802F is a manual cup sealer that gives operators control over sealing time and placement. A hand-operated lever presses the heated head onto the film on the cup rim to create a firm seal. It takes cup diameters of 70, 76, 90 and 95 mm, cups up to 180 mm tall, and weighs only 9 kg, so it is easy to move between counters.
Cup sealing machines heat and press a film or lid onto the rim of a cup so that drinks and desserts can be carried or delivered without spilling. The seal also keeps the contents fresh and shows that the cup has not been opened. A rotating or die-cut mould holds the cup rim in the right place while the heated head fuses the film.
